Program Logistics

You will be staying in McClintic-Marshall House (M&M), a first-year student residence hall that offers air conditioned rooms.

About 50 cars are expected during drop off and pick up. We ask that everyone unloads/loads as efficiently as possible. Families are not expected or encouraged to stay once cars are unloaded and items are delivered to rooms. Our Lehigh Staff and Counselors will be stationed outside to help you!

• Drop-Off Parking: Please see the highlighted section of the map. Park on University Drive in front of M&M residence hall. 
• One Way Street!: Please note, the drop off area you’ll be in is a one way street. Once you’re done unloading we ask that you please continue down the street so other cars can park and unload. 

Please note, this is a suggested packing list only. Please use your best judgement when packing for your trip to Lehigh University. We encourage you to label as many personal items as you can!

• Outfits for 5-6 days 

• PJs

• Sweater/Sweatshirt 

• Raincoat

• Rainboots (optional)

• Backpack for day use

• Notebook

• Pencils/pens

• Sun protection

  • Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen

• Comfortable walking shoes! The campus is very hilly!

• Toiletries

  • Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, soap

• Shower caddy (optional)

• Shower shoes

• Bath towel

• Phone + charger

• Laptop + charger (all tracks except Race Cars)

• Book for downtime

• Small blanket/beach towel (for outdoor activity) - optional

• Reusable water bottle 

• Bedding 

  • Pillow, Twin sheet (twin or twin xl), blanket

• Bug spray (optional)

Please note for over the counter medications, staff cannot offer students any medications.

• 9:00 Academic Sessions
• 12:00 Lunch in the University Center (All you care to eat.)
• 1:00 Academic Sessions
• 4:00 Return to M&M, free time to reset
• 5:00 Dinner (All you care to eat.)
• 6:00 Scheduled evening activities
  • Sunday - Campus Tour, Admissions session
  • Monday - Trivia Night with Iacocca Summer Program
  • Tuesday - Design Thinking with Entrepreneurship or Student Panel
  • Wednesday - LU Art Galleries activity or Zoellner Art Center activity
  • Thursday - End of Program Picnic on Mountaintop
• 10:00 - Quiet hours/lights out
